With 35 years of experience in the Geotechnical Engineering profession, Cari has been involved in project management and geotechnical engineering of various types and all phases (planning, conceptual, preliminary, final design, and construction) of heavy civil projects primarily focused on dams, levees, and storm risk reduction measures She provides value added solutions to client's challenging and difficult Geotechnical related design, rehabilitation and construction issues while providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to design team members; meeting client schedules, design fee and construction fee requirements. Cari thrives in environments with opportunities for problem solving under aggressive schedules. Cari is a registered professional engineer in 11 states including Colorado, Nevada, Texas, Washington and North Dakota. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Cari is currently located in Gannett Fleming's Colorado office managing projects in Colorado, Washington, North Dakota and California.
