Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency
Ms. Schwartzer supports the development and implementation of sector programs, tools, and resources designed to strengthen the security and resilience posture of the nation’s dams, navigation locks, and levees. Ms. Schwartzer leads projects, researches and writes sector products, provides instruction for training and webinars, and conducts outreach to sector stakeholders. Prior to joining CISA, Ms. Schwartzer worked as a homeland security consultant and served as a federal policy advisor to the Governor of Delaware. Ms. Schwartzer holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Redlands, and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs (Security Policy Studies) from the George Washington University.
