Engineering and Construction Innovations, Inc. (ECI) was established in September of 1999 by Robb Johnson, PE (Executive Vice President) and Shane McFadden, PE (President). ECI is a full service self-performing heavy civil contractor servicing public and heavy industrial clients in the Midwest and throughout the United States. ECI specializes in the construction and rehabilitation of tunnels, shafts, dams, hydroelectric facilities, sewer/water systems, structural rehabilitation, geotechnical construction, design-build, and a myriad of other heavy civil services. ECI has demonstrated experience providing our clients’ projects delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. The company focuses on difficult and technically complex projects where its engineering and construction expertise can be well applied.
